This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) governs the use of the FLORDER platform (“FLORDER”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), owned and operated by FLORDER Ltd., a company incorporated in Cyprus. This Policy applies to all users of the FLORDER platform, including but not limited to flower shop operators (“Vendors”) and end customers (“Customers”), collectively referred to as “Users”.

By accessing or using FLORDER, Users agree to comply with this Policy in full. Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of access to the platform, removal of content, and/or legal action where applicable.

1. Purpose of FLORDER

FLORDER is an online platform designed to facilitate the global exchange of flower delivery services by allowing Vendors to list their products and store information, and Customers to browse, place orders, and review Vendors. The Platform serves as an intermediary only and is not a party to any transaction between Users.

2. Prohibited Use

The following uses of FLORDER are strictly prohibited:

2.1. Illegal or Unlawful Activities

Users may not use the Platform to:

  • Engage in any activity that violates local, national, or international laws or regulations.
  • Upload, distribute, or transmit any material that is fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or otherwise unlawful.

2.2. Intellectual Property Violations

  • Users may not upload or publish content that infringes any third-party intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, or trade secrets.

2.3. Misrepresentation and Fraud

  • Vendors shall not post false or misleading information about products, pricing, availability, or store identity.
  • Customers shall not submit false orders, fake reviews, or engage in activities intended to deceive Vendors.

2.4. Abuse of Platform Functions

  • Attempting to manipulate or tamper with the review or rating systems.
  • Creating multiple or fake accounts to gain unfair advantage.
  • Circumventing the payment or order systems provided by FLORDER.

2.5. Platform Security

  • Introducing malicious software, including but not limited to viruses, worms, or trojan horses.
  • Gaining unauthorized access to the Platform’s systems or other user accounts.
  • Engaging in data scraping, automated data collection, or reverse engineering of any part of the Platform.

3. User Content Standards

All content submitted by Users, including product listings, reviews, and store descriptions, must:

  • Be accurate, truthful, and not misleading.
  • Not include obscene, hateful, discriminatory, or offensive language.
  • Respect the privacy rights of others and not contain personal data without consent.

FLORDER reserves the right to remove or edit any content that violates this Policy or is otherwise deemed inappropriate at its sole discretion.

4. Vendor-Specific Obligations

Vendors must:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date store and product information.
  • Fulfill orders in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communicate clearly with Customers regarding order status and any changes or delays.
  • Comply with all applicable regulations, including licensing, tax, and consumer protection laws in their jurisdiction.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

  • Provide accurate and complete order details.
  • Not misuse the refund, dispute, or review systems.
  • Treat Vendors with respect and communicate in good faith.

6. Enforcement and Penalties

FLORDER reserves the right to take any of the following actions in response to violations of this Policy:

  • Issue warnings or request corrective action.
  • Suspend or permanently terminate accounts.
  • Remove or modify non-compliant content.
  • Refer matters to appropriate legal or regulatory authorities.

7. Reporting Violations

Suspected violations of this Policy may be reported to FLORDER at:

FLORDER will investigate all reports and take appropriate action.

8. Policy Updates

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform or email. Continued use of the Platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.

9. Governing Law

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes arising in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Nicosia, Cyprus.
