Welcome to FLORDER, an online platform operated by FLORDER Ltd., a company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus (“FLORDER”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Overview of the Platform

FLORDER is a global marketplace that connects local flower shops (“Vendors”) with individuals (“Customers”) seeking flower delivery services. The Platform enables Vendors to list their products and services, and Customers to browse offerings, place orders, and leave reviews.

FLORDER acts solely as a facilitator and is not a party to the transaction between Vendor and Customer.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. User Accounts

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
  • Keep your login credentials secure.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.

4. Vendor Responsibilities

If you are a Vendor, you agree to:

  • Accurately describe your business, products, pricing, and delivery terms.
  • Fulfill all orders placed through the Platform in a timely and professional manner.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
  • Pay any applicable service fees or commissions as agreed upon with FLORDER.

5. Customer Responsibilities

If you are a Customer, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate order details and contact information.
  • Use the Platform in good faith and not for fraudulent or deceptive purposes.
  • Treat Vendors and their staff with respect and fairness.
  • Follow our review and dispute policies when providing feedback or resolving issues.

6. Payments & Transactions

All payments are processed through third-party payment providers. FLORDER is not responsible for payment issues resulting from errors, chargebacks, or disputes unless they arise from a technical fault of the Platform.

Any applicable taxes, duties, or fees are the sole responsibility of the Vendor and/or Customer, as required by local laws.

7. Reviews and Ratings

Customers may leave reviews and ratings for Vendors based on completed orders. Reviews must be honest, relevant, and comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. FLORDER reserves the right to remove or edit content that violates our guidelines.

8. Intellectual Property

All content and materials on the Platform, including logos, software, text, images, and design, are the property of FLORDER or its licensors and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any content from the Platform without our prior written consent.

9. Prohibited Conduct

Your use of the Platform must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited actions include (but are not limited to):

  • Misrepresentation, fraud, or impersonation
  • Uploading harmful software or viruses
  • Attempting to breach platform security
  • Violating intellectual property rights

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, applicable laws, or if your behavior poses risk to FLORDER or other users.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting customer support.

11. Disclaimers

FLORDER provides the Platform “as is” and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the services, including the availability, accuracy, or reliability of Vendor listings or Customer reviews.

FLORDER is not responsible for any damage or loss resulting from transactions conducted on the Platform.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FLORDER shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be exclusively resolved by the competent courts of Nicosia, Cyprus.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or through the Platform. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
